Use of Artificial Intelligence
Company uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, including third-party AI service providers, to process personal information collected through the Platform. AI is used to analyze audio recordings and photographs from in-home service appointments to evaluate service quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards and SOPs; generate performance ratings, which may include a technician sentiment inferred from word choice, and recommendations for service providers; and identify opportunities for service improvements and sales techniques. Before a recording begins, the mobile application asks the service provider to confirm that everyone present has been told the appointment is being recorded. Personal information, including audio recordings, photographs, job documents, and conversation content, is transmitted to third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI, for transcription and analysis. Transcripts, AI analyses, and reports are stored by Company. While Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that third-party AI providers maintain the confidentiality of personal information and do not use it for purposes other than providing services to Company, Company cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or processed by third parties. Additional disclosures regarding the limitations and accuracy of AI-generated outputs will be provided in Company’s Terms of Use.

Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except service providers who help us deliver messages.
